  • "Products" refers to the food items (including Maai Re Laddus, Sanyasi Baba Hing, etc.) listed on our platform.

  • We make every effort to display the products, ingredients, and packaging as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance or packaging may vary slightly.

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or change formulations at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity).

  • Payment must be made securely through our authorized payment gateways at the time of placing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

  • Linsee Foods is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Perishable Nature: Because our products (Laddus and Hing) are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped, due to hygiene and health safety standards.

  • Damaged/Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof. Upon verification, we will process a replacement or refund.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once handed over to the courier partner, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Health and Allergy Disclaimer

  • Our products are prepared using natural ingredients like dry fruits, seeds, millets, Desi Ghee, and spices.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to read product ingredients carefully before purchasing if they have known food allergies or dietary restrictions. Linsee Foods is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linsee Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in your operating city/state.
